Intermittent service

So, I have now been waiting close on 9 days with no service. The problem has been recurring for the last 2 months. It takes on average an hour just to get through to someone on the WebChat, longer if you want to get hold of someone on the phone. When you do get through to a WhatsApp consultant, you are most likely at work - nowhere near your router. Something which WebAfrica does not seem to understand, WE DONT SIT AT HOME WATCHING THE ROUTER LIGHTS WE HAVE JOBS ... when they schedule a technician to come home, there is no advance warning until the guy is outside your gate. I mean seriously? You can do better WebAfrica. Sort it out.
