Installed and Billing Me — But No Internet for Weeks!

My WiFi was installed in the first week of February. The installation itself was completed, yet I have NEVER had an active internet connection — not for a single day. Since then, I’ve spent hours in online chats with support agents, constantly repeating myself with absolutely no resolution. It is END of February already and STILL NO INTERNET!
