Installation taking as long as pregnancy!!funny not funny

I want someone to call me regarding my installation. My neighbor as in the flat next door same complex has her fibre activated today! I have been waiting 8 months come the 3rd December to have fibre installed activated in my flat. I am getting some story about different ISPs and different go live dates bla bla bla I frankly don't care. My neighbor has been on premises few weeks and her fibre is activated. I want someone to call me with timelines. Frustrating process!!!
