installation of fibre

My name is Tshepo Shibambo,my email address is ***. I have decided to put fibre in my house. I started my activation on the 23.09.2024. I will billed. I was billed again on the 01.10.2024 yet no installation is done. I am waiting installation. I am without fibre yet already paid for services which I have not used. I have paid twice but no installation. I am wondering why billing wasn't supposed to happen when activation it is completed. I am writing this review, and I am so sad. I am waiting installation of the fibre and activation of fibre service.
