****ing pathetic worse experience wih a bunch of idiots. Took my damn money but still didnt connect my services

have a major issue and i cant fight and swear with you guys anymore. You tried to debit my account, was unsuccessful. I then made paymnet on the 1st of this month, you then still tried debit again, was unsucessful of course then turned my internet off. Ive been fighting shouting and arguing with you people since last week Friday and every single damn the a different idiot tell me they found my payment and i must wait 24 hours for it to be allocated. Today is Thursday and still my internet is off. Ive lost so much money because i work from home and everyday my internet ia off, irs seen as unpaid leave. I have 4 children and a mother wih Alzheimers to see to and cannot afford unpaid but you assholes dont give a damn, im never getting that money back now. Just please fix my internet

I paid for my internet on your site, yph see the payment, it reflects on customer zone, it reflects on my bank statement that i sent you every single time. What more do you ****ing want in order to put my internet back on??? Ill be more than ****ing happy to come to your offices and click the button to turn it back on myself if thats what it takes!!!
