*****ing money

I have a dispute with a statement from Webafrica and on their portal. A R0.00 shows due and even when I try making payment it shows a R0.00. I also received a statement from Webafrica verifying that two payments were received for February 2024. My internet has been disconnected and they still not forwarding my matter to the billings department and trying to justify that March payment was unsuccessful. March payments have not gone through because it shows a R0.00 therefore which means payment is not due.
