I took out the December 35mb fibre line at a special price of R449pm they immediately deducted R249 for delivery yet we Only received delivery after a few weeks. Then it's takes them almost a whole two weeks to get us active and take into consideration the fact that my monthly debit is now at R559 apparently I wasnt activated in December so I don't qualify for the promo?
