Infuriating customer service

EXTREMELY POOR! Their customer service is shocking. They have deducted funds incorrectly by quite a chunk of money, and we are on day 3 now of talking to bots and *********** agents. We have to keep explaining the same situation to different people. Asked for a manager to speak to after 3 days and still waiting to hear back.
