Inefficient staff and lack of service

In ability to resolve fibre connectivity or provide reason there service is so sporadic. Calls are closed with no resolution or reasons for issue experienced. I'm still waiting on Austin Bell to advise while *** has been closed but issue not resolved.once again I am without connection since 11pm 16th Oct and waiting for the past hour for a agent to respond to my query logged via watsapp.
