Inefficient Services

I am super frustrated at dealing with agents on whatapp who cannot resolve problems They use a generic format for all issues and when that doesn't work the blame Vumatel all the time. I have been without internet for 4 days and there's no option to even cancel their services. I see they don't even respond on their reviews here!
