INEFFICIENT AND INCAPABLE

DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA! One star because we can't select Zero! Packages look amazing and sales is efficient and speedy. But as soon as you have the line in, expect nothing but challenges. I lost internet connection on the 22nd of April. After several attempts to log the issue on WhatsApp as well as calls, I still don't have connectivity. After several attempts to cancel, I still have not received confirmation of cancellation. The Retention Specialist was great, but her team let her down and she could not deliver her promises. I'm moving house in a few days and no one at Webafrica can tell me if my cancellation is confirmed or if they will pick up their device. I'm not sure if anyone there knows anything. And worst of all, it's taken hours upon hours, if not days, of my time to try to get this matter resolved and closed. Reading the other reviews, it seems that we may have to escalate the matter.
