Incorrectly disconnected

Im very much disappointed at the level of *********** staff you have. I paid my account on the 27th aug 2025 and mistakenly used an incorrect ref .i have send tbe pop to your whatsapp team on the 3 sept and i was told its fixed.. i then got sms that told me that im owing i send text via Facebook and i send the pop again and till today that missing payment is not allocated.. now im disconnected due to your *********** staff that r refusing to assist with payment allocation.
