Incorrect billing

Agents don’t know how they’re own billing process works some say they bill in advance some, say you get billed twice a month where on earth will you order a service and be billed in advance without even seeing if the ****** thing will work or not? @Sean Nourse you really need to get good protocol train your TL’s and your they’re agents how can I get a service on the 20 December 2022 and be billed pro rata on the 1 January 2023 and then now I owe you guys R800? I’ve been around telecoms for a while to be ****ed over!!!! Sort that **** out
