Inconsistent billing
Ive been with WebAfrica for probably around a year now,been very happy HOWEVER they have faults on their side with regards to the billing.
They been deducting inconsistent amounts from my account ,and billing me the difference .My money is readily available every month for deduction .Now they want to make their problem mine,having me pay the differences which adds up to over a R1000 . which they by choice didn't deduct.
Very unsatisfied customer.
