I have been trying for over a week to get our wifi problem fixed. The first person to assist, tried something on their side which did not resolve our issue. The second person seemed to know what he was doing and then all of a sudden I heard nothing from him again. I was waiting for more than an hour and nothing happened. I just contacted them again - the third person rep**** to my request and once I explained my problem, it was silent on the other side.
