***********, ********* and Pathetic Customer Service

I have been logging calls since with no luck again, I was connected on the 17/02 and had coverage for only 2 days. the whole time I am logging calls, which some were closed as resolved even though I am still struggling without any assistance whatsoever. Come month end money was debited from my account for the pathetic service that I get. Can management please sort this out urgently and permanently, I really didn't sign for this treatment and hope I won't be billed for all this nonsense that I am going through because it is clear, the company is only consent about money not what they render to us customers. I won't recommend your service to even my worst enemy.
