*********** support and billing depts

Horrible service from *********** support staff. Anything that is out of the ordinary and they dont know how to deal with the issue.

Billed me incorrectly for an installation and while I am.disputing the installation suspended my service. Spent 6 hours on whatsapp with their *********** support staff and just got transferred from one idiot to another.
