*********** service together with MWeb!!!

Have been waiting for Vuma installation for a long time , they recently called on Monday , saying they will install on Tuesday morning , they never showed up never picked up when we called . We have been waiting for installation from the 10th of Jan after tracking our order on MWeb website, which we requested on the 1st of Jan . We also payed but still . Such an *********** service and annoying really. They should really do something about this ; I actually just want my money back now because it has caused me such an inconvenience really
