You ar the most *********** people I have ever dealt with. I captured banking details where the monthly debit order should go off from. Debit went off, then i changed the banking details and for 3 months you still debit the old account. When i chat to your agents because there is no way of even calling a human being to speak to they say its been changed to the new details and the debit will go off the new details, yet every month it goes off from the wrong bank acccount!!!!
