This business is hopeless. They try to cover up their useless call centre and waiting times with stupid jokes and this dumbass comical voice actor. Their service is useless. You can see from all their overall rating and their lack of replies to the reviews, they don't care at all about their customers. I have been struggling since Feb 2020 to cancel my service, but their system is dysfunctional and yet they still send me bills.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!
