Lies Lies it is all Lies

I had ordered my fiber installation on the 21st January 2020 and as advertised installation should have taken 7 days.

Cutting a long aggravating story short - still no installation and their call center agents and *********** management team cannot figure out what is going on.

I am not the only person experiencing this issue it is a pandemic of management failure and passing the buck down to their sub ordinates to deal with aggravated clients.
