*********** company with false promises!

I am so disappointed! We are paying for a Internet speed of 10MBPS but we are only receiving 0,6! I have been “assisted” by three people to say everything is fine on their side, and then my internet speed will be up to 4 for two hours and then drops right back down again! The fourth person I contacted convinced me I needed a new router, which he said would be delivered in two days time. So I bought it 3 days later I received nothing, two more days later nothing again! So I phone them and asked when it will arrive so they tell me again in two days time! I then get an email saying no I will only receive it after lockdown! After two people had guaranteed me that it would be delivered within two days and not only that it states on their website during lockdown they will be operating as normal! So incredibly disappointed with the incompetence of this company!
