*********** and just useless staff and work ethics are shocking !!!!!!

The most *********** company I have ever come across ... They do not know what their stock levels are nor what gets booked to who as they charged me for a router I never received. I spoke to their staff and he said he would pass a credit note. Needless to say I called their staff again to find out NO credit note made and NO notes made to my account .....

Absolutely useless and *********** this company !!! A horror movie to experience when you can only chat via whatsapp and it takes forever to reach someone ... Useless
