Absolutely no help. I have been charged for 3 months and no wifi is available. I'm not sure if they have anybody working for them because they kept on saying that they would fix it but 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on the phone for 45 min just to chat to support. Utterly useless and *********** all they will tell you is that you have done something wrong.
