Incompetence with support calls

If the service is running it’s quit consistent, but God forbid you make any changes or experience a problem. They are completely incapable of handing issues and sorting out problems. My upgrades are always late, including the pending one and my line speeds are half the speed I’m paying for. Dealt with four agents today who just left me hanging without progress or resolution on my upgrade or line speed.
