INCOMPETENCE ON ANOTHER LEVEL!

INCOMPETENCE ON ANOTHER LEVEL! I have never been so dissatisfied with an internet service provider. Since the 23 of March till today the 14 April the only communication I have received from them is a bill. Nothing has been done, I call back and forth with no assistance just dealing with programmed people who fail to commit on delivery. I REGRET the day I ever chose them, take my advise guys. They are just horrible to deal with. I want a cancellation and they want to bill me for something I never had. I will blast this on all social media platforms. This is a **** show! Use reliable and well known providers guys.
