Incompetence!!!

Webafrica is closer to a ****! I have now logged 4 faults with your company and just received an email today that my last fault had been closed and that the mailbox is no longer available because you will not be using it any longer! Why is it closed if the issue is not sorted! I am cancelling my services, I’m done with this incompetence!! I have not been contacted by any agent or technician and they tell me the only way I can get a technician is if I log a fault but NEVER did this happen!!!
