Incompetence

WebAfrika is taking advantage of township communities! I took one of their deals 3months ago , they suspended my line and asked me to pay for the suspended period and now when I cancel with immediate effect they want me to pay before I cancel of which nothing was communicated to be about that! Impatient agents I had be transferred from agent to agent from last night till today! I just wonder if they only taking advantage because we live in townships!
