Incompetence and condescending

I have been having the same problem this entire month. My internet disappears because I've depleted my data then it miraculous reappears and when I chat to the agents via whatsapp, they say the same *******. I requested to speak to a senior person yesterday and they ignored me. Today when I spoke to them, I was apparently speaking to a senior agent. They speak to me like I am retarded because they fail to explain something to me. They have pathetic service, and that is me being polite. They are ***********. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
