***********, inadequate and just plainly pathetic!

By far the worst ISP in South Africa!! I have spent the past 2 months, from 4 July till today, to resolve a speed issue. I upgraded my line from a 30/30Mbps to a 50/25, yet received 30/30 for nearly 2 months. Loads of tests were done, even had a Dial-a-nerd technician come out and no one could solve the issue. When it was finally resolved on the 26th of August, I requested a refund for the higher package payments and was plainly declined. Requested and explained another three times, declined again.

Nearly 20 agents later and hundreds of hours wasted, while paying for a service I never received... I have tried to cancel but they were going to charge me a R999 early termination fee. Wish I had never signed up with these *****s. Sad to say that there are thousands more with complaints on Hello Peter and Facebook. And not a single response or problem resolved, except the standard DM bot msg.

Avoid at all costs, no matter how cheap the packages are. As soon as my 1 year is elapsed I will cancel immediately!!
