Inability to cancel account with Webafrica

The customer service is extremely bad. I app**** to move homes from one province to another. This was confirmed in an email. The following day, my account was debited with the money for the new network which was supposed to staff on 1 June. The deduction happened without the WIFI being installed in my new place. I then contacted them to cancel my account and till this very day they refuse to cancel my account taking me from pillar to post. I have spoken to more than 4 agents who just refuse to help me.
