Improper conduct

Very poor service.. I have app**** for a deal with this company over 2 weeks now..the payment for delivery had gone of 1 week ago however when you call them they say payment doesn't reflect on they side. I had sent them a proof of payment but no one seems too help..when you call they service number you wait 40 mins plus and once you get through to a consultant they tell you the same thing all the time. Can some one from this company assist.
