Impossible to get to communicate to a person directly at Webafrica.

I am feeling so frustrated by the impossibility to get hold of a person at Webafrica. It is quick and easy to find a person to talk to, when you want to sign up. But when you want to cancel or downgrade - finding help or a person to communicate with - simply impossible. Simply for this reason, I will refrain from dealing with them ever again. Please guys - please try and be more accessible?
