IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY RESPONSE

We are trying to UPGRADE our current service with Webafrica - one would assume they would be happy to have a customer do that! - However, we are getting no response either in answer to our email or our webchat enquiry. Time to look at another service provider. Not impressed at all.
