Impossible to get a response

I've tried twice to get through to Web Africa on their help line and I held on both times for more than 20 minutes without a response.<br> I then tried their Live Chat, and again held on for 8 minutes, at which point I was automatically re-directed to another screen where I had to search for info from their knowledge base.<br> No good! i've done that already and did not get the info I wanted.<br> How do you get hold of this company that I am paying web hosting fees to?
