Impossible to contact Webafrica to resolve queries

It is impossible to reach Webafrica to resolve an installation query where the technician did not arrive. No one answers the new WhatsApp contact centre, and there are no email addresses or phone numbers to resolve. Absolutely ********** experience, I cannot even cancel my contract.
