Impossible to cancel your service with Web Africa

Impossible to cancel your service with webafrica. Their whatsapp communication is setup so that it is almost impossible to find the option to cancel your service. Also cannot be done when logged into their web portal in your own profile. Is this not a sign of major concern? Be warned people. I have to constantly reverse debit orders with my bank because of this.
