IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL WEBAFRICA SERVICES

WHY is it so hard to just process a cancellation with you guys.. I have responded 10x the same. Cancel the order, OK cancellation fee thats fine cancel the order, No new tenant will get his own line cancel the order... and still not cancelled. JUST CANCEL MY FIBRE LINE!!!
