impossible to cancel services

I have multiple services with Webafrica and I wished to cancel one of them. They force the use of their whatsapp call app to arrange cancellation. Firstly there is no direct option for cancellation there and they throw you between different agents trying to convince you to keep the service. All I want to do is cancel the service. after 6 hours sitting on whatsapp and being thrown between agents my ticket was closed. this kind of service is despicable. instead of cancelling the single service I no longer need I'm now going to be cancelling all my other services with them
