Impossible to cancel services

I have been trying to cancel Webafrica as a service provider for over a month, unsuccessfully. They tell you to cancel on the whatsapp line but its impossible and the cancellation link on the website doesn't work. Also you can't speak to a human as there is no cancellation department. I was sent a "change of ownership form" that I cannot fill in because there isn't a new owner of the line, from the whatsapp line. This is like a **** and very unprofessional!
