Impossible to cancel a subscription

I am moving overseas and have been trying for a few days to contact Webafrica to cancel my subscription. All the links to do this on their online service do not work. When I contact them through the WhatsApp service, they state that I have to go through the Cancelation Dept. No one from the Cancelation Dept ever phones back or responds to my numerous messages. No direct telephone numbers provided. Pathetic service. Very frustrating.
