Impossible to cancel a line upgrade or get hold of an Agent

Why is it all of a sudden impossible to get hold of an Agent? I tried WhatsApp and calling. I've been trying to cancel a line upgrade since November 2025 and now my monthly debit order can't be processed. The customer service has really gone down over the years. It used to be a 10 minute process, effective immediately.
