IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

Why does Webafrica make it so difficult to cancel your contract. They are quick to answer a telephone call when you want to sign up, I have been trying for over 4 hours to chat to someone to cancel my contract. via their Whatsapp platform. You supposedly can cancel online but it still take you to a chat forum, doesn't just cancel. I was waiting for 4 hours and when Thabo Khaile finally came on at 11h48 to introduce himself, he didn't even give me a chance to respond, he just ended my chat at 11h48. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE. SO GRATEFUL I DO NOT WORK AT WEBAFRICA.
