Impossible to cancel

Closing an account is impossible - there's no way to do so on their website; it directs you to a Whatsapp chatbot. Attempting to close an account using this has one wait for an agent for multiple hours.

I can't find a support email address for the life of me.

I'd send them a letter from a lawyer if I could find an email address to send it to. 🤷
