IMMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SERVICE WITH WEBAFRICA

3 Months spent trying to cancel the service, more than 15 hours of my life wasted on their pathetic chat line. Every time I am told its been cancelled. Next month, same thing, try take money, tell me my line is still active. I get cancellation is successful emails and then the next month same thing. ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY AND UTTERLY USELESS. I told them I want to talk on the phone to a HUMAN. Was told, that is not possible! NEVER EVER EVER even go onto the webafrica website, you will regret it for the rest of your life!
