I’m not a Karen but 5 days of no internet is too much
Whenever a business has a number (that you can call) for sales but not for support, it’s a major red flag 🚩
5 days no internet and just go around in circles with their pathetic whatsapp support.

14 May 2026, 16:53Hi Josh,
Being without internet for several days and feeling stuck in support loops while trying to get help is understandably frustrating, especially when communication channels don’t feel accessible or effective. This is not the experience we want for our clients, and we recognise how disappointing this has been.
We’ve checked on our side and can confirm that there are no confirmed outages affecting your area at the moment. However, we are seeing a down status on your line readings, which indicates a possible line issue. We’ve already performed a GPON provision to refresh the line, and to complete this process, please try the following steps:
Restart both your router and the Vumatel ONT by switching them off, waiting about 30 seconds, and switching them back on.
Once restarted, test whether the connection restores.
If the connection remains down, please check the PON and LOS lights on the Vumatel ONT and let us know whether they are solid green, flashing, or red, as this will help determine the next step.
If you still need help after trying the above, please feel free to reach out to us via a private message on Hello Peter with the ONT light status, and we’ll be glad to assist further.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
