Im frustrated,annoyed and irritated with the service webafrica is giving us, their Fibre is always and I mean ALWAYS down,they are unreachable and even if we eventually get hold of them they never assist with fixing the issue at hand. Im writing this with a very heavy heart as we have a monthly deduction from them for almost nothing as the service they are suppose to be rendering is not even beneficial to us as customers and yet they never forget to deduct the money. This is ridiculous 😒 🙄
