First things first when I got this fibre I chose the 250 per month which is 10/10 how did my bill move from 260 to 509 and who gave you guys permission to upgrade ny plan to 30/30 who will pay that bill i didn’t agree to that I want my services fixed or cancel my plan and I won’t be paying any cancellation fees
