I'm currently experiencing a network outage issue which has been ongoing for almost 2 days of which is very frustrating however my experience with Ferushka was absolutely informative and escalation processes were initiated of which an SMS confiming that was sent. Contact center agents with his/her resolve are definitely rare as clients can be difficult to deal with.
