*******ly debited my account and ignoring me

Webafrica *******ly debited my card despite the fact that I cancelled and the fact that I own the router they are trying to claim back from me. I opened a support ticket on 29 March 2020 and after I provided prima facie evidence that I don't owe them anything they started ignoring me.
